We understand that circumstances may change, and we have created this Return Policy to ensure clarity regarding refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling of our workshop bookings. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.
This policy applies to all workshop bookings made through our website, by phone, or in person at our studio location. By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in this Return Policy.
We value your satisfaction and will work with you to find solutions when issues arise. Our goal is to be fair and transparent while maintaining the sustainability of our workshop programs.
Workshop Cancellation by Customer
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your workshop booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled workshop date will receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee
- Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the scheduled workshop date will receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future workshop
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled workshop date are generally not eligible for refunds, but may be eligible for credit toward a future workshop at our discretion
- No-shows without prior notification will not receive a refund or workshop credit
We recommend cancelling as early as possible to ensure the best outcome. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through our contact form on the website.
Rescheduling Your Workshop
If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop but would like to participate in a future session, we offer flexible rescheduling options. To reschedule your workshop booking:
- Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop can be accommodated free of charge, subject to availability
- Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop may be subject to a small rescheduling fee
- Each booking can be rescheduled a maximum of two times
- Rescheduled workshops must be used within 6 months of the original booking date
To request a reschedule, please contact us with your booking details and your preferred alternative date and time. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Workshop Cancellation by Crexalonclixxap
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen events such as instructor illness, severe weather, facility issues, or insufficient enrollment. If we cancel a workshop:
- You will be notified as soon as possible via the contact information provided in your booking
- You will be offered the choice of a full refund or credit toward a future workshop of equal or greater value
- If you choose to reschedule, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date
- We are not responsible for any incidental costs you may have incurred such as travel or accommodation
We make every effort to avoid cancellations and will only do so when absolutely necessary for the safety and quality of our programs.
Refund Process
When a refund is approved according to this policy, the following process applies:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- If you paid by cash or check, refunds will be issued by check and mailed to your address on file
Please note that while we process refunds promptly, the timing of when funds appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card provider. If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
Workshop Credits
In many cases, we offer workshop credits as an alternative to refunds. Workshop credits provide flexibility and allow you to attend a future session when your schedule permits. Important information about workshop credits:
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Credits can be applied to any workshop of equal or lesser value
- If you apply credit to a workshop of greater value, you will need to pay the difference
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Expired credits cannot be reinstated or refunded
We recommend using your credits well before the expiration date to ensure you do not miss out on a creative experience.
Gift Certificates and Vouchers
If you have purchased a gift certificate or voucher for our workshops, the following policies apply:
- Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Gift certificates can be used for any available workshop session
- Gift certificates are transferable and can be given to another person
- Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced without proof of purchase
- Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash
- Unused portions of gift certificates remain valid until the expiration date
To redeem a gift certificate, the recipient should contact us to book their preferred workshop session and provide the certificate code during booking.
Special Circumstances
We recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise that fall outside the standard terms of this policy. In cases of documented emergencies, serious illness, or other extraordinary situations, we will consider requests for exceptions on a case-by-case basis. To request an exception:
- Contact us as soon as possible to explain your situation
- Provide any relevant documentation if available
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
While we cannot guarantee exceptions will be granted, we will always try to find a fair and reasonable solution.
Materials and Supplies
All art materials and supplies used during workshops are included in the workshop fee. Regarding materials:
- Materials cannot be returned or refunded separately from the workshop booking
- Any artwork created during the workshop belongs to the participant
- We are not responsible for artwork left at the studio after the workshop ends
- If you wish to pick up abandoned artwork, please contact us within 30 days of your workshop
Group Bookings
For group bookings such as corporate events, private parties, or team building sessions, modified cancellation terms may apply. Group booking policies will be outlined in your booking confirmation and any separate agreement made at the time of booking. Generally:
- Group bookings may require a non-refundable deposit
- Cancellation notice periods for groups may be longer than individual bookings
- Reductions in group size may be subject to revised pricing

Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that booking. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our return and refund practices.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify customers with active bookings via email. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
